Welcome to Quacky & Rex. By using our website and purchasing our digital products, you agree to the following terms:
- All products sold on this website are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.
- Purchased files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy for commercial use, or upload our products to any other website or platform.
- We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue products at any time.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by customer device compatibility, printer settings, software limitations, or internet access, although we will try to help where possible.
- Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
- By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Quacky & Rex Adventure Club Membership
- The introductory membership price is £3.99 per month for the first three monthly billing periods. It then automatically renews at £6.99 per month until cancelled.
- Unlimited online colouring is included from the first day of membership and remains available while the membership is active and payments are up to date.
- Once the download-credit service is enabled, active members receive 30 download credits per monthly billing period. One credit provides access to one eligible downloadable item. Monthly credits reset on the renewal date, do not roll over, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Active members may purchase 10 additional download credits for £1.99 once this facility is enabled. Additional credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Membership may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- Downloaded products are licensed for personal use only and must not be resold, shared, redistributed or uploaded elsewhere.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
