Return & Refund Policy
At Quacky & Rex, we sell digital products only. No physical items are shipped.
Because our products are delivered instantly or made available for download after purchase, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a digital file has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.
If you purchased a product by mistake, received duplicate files, or experience a technical issue that prevents access to your download, please contact us at welcome@quackyandrex.com we will do our best to help.
If a file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, we will either:
- provide a replacement file,
- fix the issue, or
- issue a refund where appropriate.
By purchasing digital content from Quacky & Rex and accessing the download immediately, you agree that the product is supplied straight away and acknowledge that, once access or download begins, you may lose any cancellation rights available for digital content, except where required by law.
