Quacky & Rex sells digital download products only. No physical products are shipped.

After purchase, your digital files are delivered electronically. Customers will usually receive access:

• on the order confirmation / thank-you page,
• through the order status page, and/or
• by email with a download link.

If you do not receive your download, please contact welcome@quackyandrex.com and we will help as quickly as possible.
