What are Quacky & Rex products?
Most Quacky & Rex products are digital downloads including bedtime stories, colouring pages, puzzles, activity packs and printable adventures.
Will anything arrive in the post?
Digital products are delivered electronically, so nothing physical will be posted unless a product page specifically says otherwise.
How do I receive my download?
After completing your purchase, your digital download will normally be made available electronically.
Please save your files somewhere safe once downloaded.
Can I print my Quacky & Rex activities at home?
Yes.
Most of our printable activities are designed to be easy to print using a normal home printer.
Do I need a colour printer?
Not necessarily.
Some products look great in colour, while colouring pages and many activities are designed to work perfectly in black and white.
What paper should I use?
Standard A4 printer paper is suitable for most activities.
For crafts or activities that need to be a little stronger, you may prefer thicker paper or card.
Can I print the same page more than once?
Quacky & Rex digital products are intended for personal household use.
You may print copies for your own household, subject to the terms supplied with the product.
Can I send the PDF to friends?
Please don't redistribute, upload, resell or share purchased Quacky & Rex digital files with other households.
Your purchase helps us create more adventures.
What ages are Quacky & Rex activities suitable for?
Different products are designed for different ages and abilities.
Always check the individual product description and choose activities appropriate for your child.
Adult supervision may be required for activities involving scissors, glue or other craft materials.
My download hasn't arrived. What should I do?
First check your email inbox and junk or spam folder.
If you still can't find it, contact us with the email address used for the order and the product you purchased.
We'll do our best to help.
Can I use the activities on a tablet?
Some PDFs can be viewed on tablets and computers, although most Quacky & Rex activity packs are primarily designed to be printed and enjoyed offline.
